Consulting services are tailored to the specific needs of each matter and may be provided pre-litigation or during active proceedings.
We provide political consulting services in the State of Texas. Our work supports local and state-level campaigns and initiatives and involves campaign strategy guidance, campaign finance compliance support, debate preparation, message development, and issue analysis for candidates seeking judicial, executive, or other public offices. Political consulting is separate and distinct from litigation support and expert witness services.
We conduct objective reviews of critical law enforcement incidents, including officer-involved shootings, in-custody deaths, jail suicides, and other high-risk or high-liability events. These reviews examine actions taken and decision-making in light of applicable policies, training, and recognized professional standards, considered within the context of real-world law enforcement operations and conditions.
We provide expert witness and litigation support in civil and criminal matters involving law enforcement and corrections at both the state and federal level.
